We’re back at Perth Motorplex tonight for the Gold Cup with the Watson Racing Team rolling out again.

Isiah Matich lines up in the #5
Patrick Watson will be in the #76 and comes into tonight’s event full of confidence after securing his first ever feature race win at the Neville Lance Challenge. Starting from 6th, Patrick drove a fantastic race to work his way to the front and take the win in what was a huge moment for him and the whole team. He is keen to get back out there tonight and keep building on that momentum.

Another big night of racing ahead as the season keeps moving.

We are absolutely elated to share that tonight at the Neville Lance Challenge, Patrick in the #76 car secured his very first feature race win. Starting from 6th, he drove with determination and skill, climbing to 1st in an incredible drive. This is a landmark moment in his career, and we are so proud of him and the entire team.

We also want to express our deep gratitude to Pacific Finance Australia for their outstanding support. A huge thank you to Todd Waddell for their exceptional work in setting up the car.

Isiah, who made it to the Top 8 Dash and finished 7th, showing great growth in confidence before a mechanical issue. And Joel also had a strong night, we’re so proud of both boys.
