Kipping often gets a bad wrap. Because it is misunderstood.
We build strict strength first, shape, body awareness and understand until you've actually earned the movement.
Kipping only comes after that, to build capacity and conditioning once the strength is real.
That order is what keeps your shoulders safe long-term, instead of chasing a rep you're not ready for.

In my opinion, the most humbling core exercise.
The hollow rock challenges not only your isometric trunk strength whil building rock solid abs, but your ability to maintain the core strength without losing shape.
Making squats, pullups, pushups, deadlifts and so many other exercises easier to do.
However, most people do them poorly and don't earn any of the gains.
Key points of performance
➡️ No space between lower back curve and floor
➡️ Pelvic tilt engaged (tuck your bum under)
➡️ Keep hips extended (don't lift legs in to bring the rock back)
Easy enough to learn by progressing through scaled options each week.
Share this with someone you want to do abs with this week and challenge them to longest time spent rocking.
That moment when it finally clicks isn't luck.
It's a coach who's actually watching, cueing the one thing that changes everything and being there the second it lands.
This is what individual attention gets you. Not just a workout... a breakthrough

Your programming has a purpose, your form gets fixed before it becomes pain, and your progress doesn't stall out after week three.
That's what's behind every class you walk into with us.
Why your training actually works, week after week.
It's not random workouts hoping something changes.
It's coaching built on real knowledge of how bodies move, recover and get stronger . 🧡
Follow along if your routine is feeling stale and want to see what coaching looks like.
This is what it feels like to actually be seen.
Not lost in a crowd, not guessing if your form's right, coached, cued, corrected, in real time.
That's what keeps you improving week after week instead of stalling out after the first month.
This is why it sticks.
You shouldn't have to guess if you're doing it right.
In a class that's too big, small things get missed... the knee caving in, the back rounding, shoulders collapsing, until they turn into a ni**le that keeps you from training the way you want to.
Smaller classes mean someone's actually watching.
Corrections happen before they become problems.
That's how you keep progressing instead of getting stuck, or hurt and watching from the sidelines.
This month we're showing you exactly what that looks like. Stick around. 🧡
Tag a friend who needs equipment set up perfectly before they can even train.
Fitness encompasses movement quality, strength, endurance, power and coordination.
Which means there are always opportunities to grow and learn.
What have you learned this last week?
