A heartfelt update 💜

This is one of the most heartfelt messages I’ve ever written.

Over the past nine years, Legacy Gymnastics has become more than just a gymnastics program — it has grown into a community filled with joy, confidence, friendships, and more smiles than I can count.

It has been a privilege to watch the children grow, tumble, laugh, and light up when they achieve something new.

As many of you know, I recently welcomed a new little gymnast into my own family. Over the past few months, I’ve felt a deep pull to be truly present in this season of motherhood — one that I know is precious and fleeting.

And so, after thoughtful consideration, I’ve made the personal decision to press pause on Legacy Gymnastics for now, to spend this time with my baby and family.

This is not a goodbye — just a pause.

Legacy Gymnastics is something very close to my heart, and I do hope to bring it back in the future when I can give it the time, dedication and energy it deserves.

I know this may be surprising, especially after recently sharing next year’s draft timetable. But I’ve always believed in leading with honesty, heart, and values — and right now, that means choosing my family in this season.

I want to say a genuine thank you — for trusting me and my coaches with your children, for being part of our community, and for the warmth and enthusiasm you brought into the gym each week.

When the time is right, I will be in touch with updates about a possible return. Until then, I’ll be cheering your little gymnasts on — just from the other side of the mats.

No one starts gymnastics flipping, leaping, and flying through the air. The greatest athletes began with wobbly balances, soft landings, and a few falls along the way. What made them great wasn’t instant talent — it was determination, consistency, and courage to keep trying. 🌟

At Legacy Gymnastics, we celebrate the beginnings. Because every “I can’t” today is the first step toward “Look what I can do!” tomorrow. 🙌

💪 Every skill is built one attempt at a time.
💜 Every fall is a chance to learn and grow.
🌈 Every beginner has the potential to shine — with the right support, mindset, and mentorship.

So if your child is just starting out, remind them — every expert was once a beginner too. And every journey worth taking starts with one brave step (or cartwheel 😉).
