The Springers Summer 2026/27 Netball Competitions kick off on 6 October 2026, and registrations are now open for our Tuesday night Ladies and Mixed competitions.

Designed for children with additional needs, Cosmos provides a supportive, inclusive environment where children can build confidence, develop movement skills and have fun with the guidance of our qualified coaches.

💡FUN FACT FRIDAY💡

Where did the name "Springers" come from?
Ever wondered how Springers Leisure Centre got its name?

When the leisure centre was being developed in the early 1990s, Council invited the community to submit name suggestions. From that process, the name Springers Leisure Centre was chosen.
At the same time, the surrounding park was named Tatterson Park in honour of former City of Springvale CEO Ian Tatterson, who played a key role in championing the project.

It's a reminder that the places we enjoy today are shaped by the people and communities who helped bring them to life.
