AFL Grand Final Day - but you can get some fresh air early 9-11am before settling down to watch the game. Remember every club needs to send at least one representative to help out to avoid your club getting a fine, yes $10 per team, per club!!

🧹 WE NEED YOUR HELP! 💪❤️ Last chance to redeem your winter volunteer levy!!!

Hi Everyone,

We are having a big SMAA clean-up and tidy-up day and we would LOVE some extra hands!

Thank you for offering to help with Canteen when you registered on PLAYHQ, it certainly needs some tidying up!

You may have already offered to help throughout the year but we’d love some help for this to meet our Lease Agreement

There are a few jobs to get through:

🏐 Shed – clean and sort the bibs, balls & equipment
🧹 Outside the building – sweep up gravel and get rid of those pesky cobwebs 🕷️
🍽️ Kitchen & Storeroom – clean out, sort and tidy
👕 Merch Room – help us get it organised and tidy
🍺 Behind the Bar – a good clean-up and tidy, clean fridges out
📅 Please put it in your diary
⏰ 10.00am start
🍴 Lunch provided at 12.30pm

The more people we have, the quicker we can get it all done — and it’s always more fun when we do it together! 😊

So if you can spare a few hours, please come along and lend a hand.

Applications for Court and Clubroom supervisors for the 2026/27 SAUCNA Summer Season close on 21st September. Positions are available for all week nights (Monday to Friday).
These are paid positions with an honorarium of $40 per game. Payment will be processed weekly for the games they have worked. All supervisors require current working with children checks (or equivalent). Go to https://tinyurl.com/yxvvr8dt and add your name to the list - even if you can't do every week.
