A tough way to finish the season 💔

The boys fought until the final whistle but fell 30-45 to UTS, with three players picking up injuries along the way.

Despite the result, it has been an incredible season for the Dogs. From the Australian Handball Club Championships to our first Sydney League draw since 2024, there has been plenty to be proud of.

🥈 U18 NSW — RUNNERS-UP
The U18s won their first two games to reach the final, where they faced ACT in a tough one and finished 2nd place! 💙

🏆 U21 NSW — CHAMPIONS
A perfect weekend for the U21s, winning all three of their games against Queensland to finish 1st place! 🔥

🧤 A special shoutout to Aki!
Our very own Akifumi Hayashi joined the NSW coaching staff, with NSW taking home all the Best Goalkeeper awards across the competition! 💙

Expect two action-packed days of fast-paced handball and come see the next generation take to the court.

In the U18 Men's category, teams from New South Wales, the Australian Capital Territory, and Queensland will compete for the title. In both the U21 categories (Men's & Women's) and U18 Women's, NSW will go head-to-head against Queensland.

Our first draw in the Sydney League since 2024!

Down by 6 with just 10 minutes to play, the boys dug deep to battle all the way back and secure a 29-29 draw against Canberra Handball Club.

A massive team effort and plenty of momentum to take into our final game of the season 🖤💛
