Getting out of a chair feels easier.

Especially for some of our older members, these changes might sound small, but they can make such a difference to everyday life.

This is why we do what we do.

MEET SHERRI 💗

It’s time to introduce you to another of the beautiful people behind your classes at Mind Body Tribe Sudio.

Sherri teaches Reformer Pilates and Yin Yoga, and describes her teaching style as:
Intentional. Traditional. Calm.

What does she love most about teaching?
Seeing people connect with their bodies and discover what they’re capable of.

Sherri loves creating a space where you can switch off from the outside world, move with
intention and simply feel taken care of.

You can expect thoughtful movement, clear guidance and that beautiful balance between
being challenged and encouraged, while always being supported to work at your own level.

And when you walk back out the door?
Sherri hopes you feel seen, stronger, lighter and more connected to yourself.
A little more accomplished.
A little more energised.
And a little more positive than when you walked in. 💗

And because we love getting to know the person behind the instructor...

Sherri is originally from Canada, but despite what you might expect, she is definitely not a
fan of the cold! 😂☀️

She’s spent the past several years chasing sunshine, living in California, Dubai, Spain, New
Zealand and now Australia.

We’re very glad the sunshine eventually brought her to us.

Say hello to Sherri next time you see her around the studio, or book yourself into one of her

MEET VERONICA ✨️

You probably already know her as the woman behind Mind Body Tribe.

But today, as part of our August community celebrations, we’re introducing you to Veronica the instructor.

Her teaching style?

Fun. Challenging. Encouraging.

Her classes?

High energy, lots of fun and quite possibly responsible for you feeling a little sore tomorrow.

But ask Veronica what she loves most about teaching and the answer is simple:

Making a positive impact in people’s lives.

She wants you to finish class knowing you’ve worked hard, but still feeling energised and full of life.

Proud of what you’ve achieved.

Feeling the energy running through your veins.

And excited to come back and do it all again.

And of course...

It wouldn’t be a Veronica class without hearing “BEAUTIFUL PEOPLE!” at least once.

Over the past two years, Veronica’s vision has been to create somewhere people feel welcome, comfortable, supported and seen.

A place where you can challenge yourself without feeling intimidated.

A place where movement feels good.

And most importantly, a place where you feel like you’re part of something.

So this week, while we celebrate the community behind Mind Body Tribe, we’re celebrating the woman who had the vision to create it too.
