What a fantastic way to celebrate our Year 2 players graduating from Auskick! 💙🤍

Last Friday our Pups, together with Roleystone JFC took to the field to play mini games, with every player showing off their skills, playing with passion and giving it their all! 👏🏉

After the games, we came together for presentations to celebrate our Year 2 players and everything they have achieved throughout their Auskick journey. ⭐

Wow, to kick off Macey’s Round, a fantastic donation from Al's Automotives. For every goal kicked at John Dunn by one of our teams for round 13 and 14, Al’s Automotives will donate $5 for the Lohmeyer family. Thanks Al, your generosity is very much appreciated.

Kelmscott Junior Football Club Supporting the Lohmeyer Family

Kelmscott Junior Football Club would like to show our support for the Lohmeyer family and their 12 Year old daughter, Macey.

Last year, Macey was diagnosed with a craniopharyngioma tumour. She underwent three rounds of chemotherapy in an attempt to reduce the size of the tumour, but unfortunately the treatment was unsuccessful.

Two months ago, Macey underwent surgery and sadly suffered a stroke, leaving her in a coma for two weeks. Since then, she has endured nine operations, a brain infection, the insertion of shunts, and has required a breathing tube for the past two months.

The Lohmeyer family have been valued members of our club for many years. Riley previously played for Kelmscott Junior Football Club, while Corey is still a current player. Their father, Byron, has been a wonderful supporter and helper with the teams his boys have played in, while also contributing to the football community through his own senior football involvement. Macey and her mum, Vanessa, have been there supporting the boys throughout their football journey.

As a club, we would like to do what we can to help this family during such a difficult time.

Over the next two rounds, Kelmscott Junior Football Club will be conducting fundraising activities in support of the Lohmeyer family. Please stay tuned for further details on how you can get involved.

💙🤍 Celebrating NAIDOC Week 💛🖤❤️

Over the past two days, our Kelmscott JFC Bulldogs proudly celebrated NAIDOC Week by wearing our NAIDOC jumpers and taking part in face dot painting.

It was a fantastic opportunity to recognise and celebrate the history, culture and achievements of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, while bringing our club together in the spirit of respect, learning and community.

Thank you to everyone who got involved and helped make this a special celebration.

This week, our Bulldogs proudly wear our Indigenous jumpers in recognition of NAIDOC Week.
