Last night we celebrated our 1st year of Top Tier Strength & Conditioning !! Thanks to ELITE SUPPS ARMADALE for putting together a raffle donation, River Rd Deli for the amazing food and donating a gift voucher, BodyWorks By Amz & Co. for donating a massage gift voucher and of course our members joining us for our quiz night💡 was such a vibe and Bruno seemed to be the star ⭐️ of the night 😂🥳 Bruno Tier and I would just like to say a massive thankyou to all of our beautiful members , coaches and supporters for coming along with us on this journey ❤️🙈 this time last year we decided to make the jump and take over the gym formerly known as life’s peachy thanks to Ben Luckens | LPFIT HQ who gave us this opportunity !! at the time I was 4 months post partum and we didn’t know half the stuff we do now about owning a gym 😂 but all we knew was we wanted to keep the community together ❤️ it has been a wild ride and wouldn’t change it for the world !! I know it’s a little late but here is our Member of the month for June!

Jessie Gleeson since you first started with us you have bought nothing but positive energy and a CAN DO attitude!

Doesn’t matter if the workouts are good/bad/easy or hard you give it 110% every time without hesitating and you somehow have a smile on your face at the end.

I’ve watched you do a workout with a s**t load of burpees which everyone hates and you thanked me afterwards saying “thanks, that was so much fun” 🤣

For one of our smallest members you bring the biggest energy and we love that about you!

Keep up the hard work and keep being you!
