⛳️ EXCITING TIMES AHEAD! ⛳️

I’m incredibly excited and proud to be taking on the role of Head Trainer for the Castle Hill Elite Golfers Program.

Working with talented young golfers who are committed to taking their game to the next level is something I’m really looking forward to.

My goal is to help these athletes become stronger, fitter, faster and more resilient, while building the physical foundations they need to perform at their best on the golf course.

We’ve got a great group, plenty of hard work ahead of us, and I genuinely can’t wait to see what we can produce together! 💪⛳️

This is just the beginning. Let’s get to work!

🔥 PRE-SEASON HAS OFFICIALLY BEGUN! 🔥
Nathan, Johnny and Connor have kicked off their rugby league pre-season—and they’re not here to make up the numbers. All three have big dreams of making it to the NRL, and they’re ready to put in the work required to get there. 🏉💪
Charles will be pushing them, supporting them and doing everything he can to help turn those dreams into reality.
