I’ve ground down the concrete curb at the hairpin turn going up into OutsidersRC corner, so this should stop people catching their cars on it. Thanks.

A great weekend racing in November!

The KEORCA Committee advises members and families that, effective immediately, Plaig Bearings is no longer a sponsor of, or affiliated with, our club.
This decision has been made in response to recent serious criminal charges involving a director of the business.
As a family-oriented club with many children and young people participating in our community, the Committee considers the termination of this sponsorship to be the appropriate course of action.
We respectfully request that all comments remain appropriate and that members refrain from speculation or discussion of sensitive details on the club’s social media pages.
The safety, wellbeing, and values of our RC community remain the Committee’s highest priority.

The Track will be closed for routine maintenance on Sunday until 11am. We will be doing a few minor repairs. Thank you.

2026 KEORCA AGM

Today we held this year’s KEORCA AGM; Even though it was a cold and overcast morning, we had a great turn out from our Members. Once we all had a bacon & egg roll and a coffee, the meeting commenced.

Gordon went through the Club financials, highlighting what a great financial position KEORCA is in. Then Mick and Dan went through a brief outline of the events we participated in, as well as things we have achieved over the last 12 months.

We then moved on to the resignation and re-appointing of a new Committee. After 3 years serving on the Committee, Mick, Dan and Andy have stepped down to continue there RC adventure. It is with heavy heart that we say farewell, but are forever grateful for the work they’ve put in, which has catapulted the Club to new heights.

However, we are proud to announce that the new KEORCA President is Andrew Green, and the new Secretary is Anthony de Veth. Both of these guys have plenty of years experience in RC, and will no doubt bring a wealth of knowledge to the Club, and help with its upward trajectory. Also new to the Committee are Justin O’Connell, Brett Jenkin and Johnny Spanos. These gentlemen, too, bring a wealth of knowledge and are a great addition to the team. Gordon Shaw will stay on as Treasurer, and yours-truly will continue as Facilities Manager.

Once again, we thank Mick, Dan and Andy for their hard work and contribution to the Club, and wish them well for the future. See you all in two weeks. Take care.

2026 1/10 Australian Titles | CORMCC Canberra Off Road Model Car Club is proud to host the 2026 RCRA 1/10 Australian National Titles. The Event will be held from the 1st - 6th October 2026.
