If you’ve ever been in a coaching relationship, you know that there are many benefits to being a part of the process. It is coming towards the end of the year, a time for endings, a time for beginnings, a time to celebrate with family and loved ones. For me, and others I know a crossroad has presented itself. This is where I am happily sitting in the unknown, taking solitude from the awareness that the universe has funny ways of working, and something exciting is ahead. I am not going to force anything to happen for I know where I need to be. I have dreams and goals for the future, it is a time to breathe and realign. Spring brings with it new life and new beginnings.
I am so excited that it has finally arrived and I am feeling energised!
