10 years of bossing the boss- Our Kylie

Today we’re celebrating someone who has been part of Xtreme from the very beginning: OUR KYLIE

For 10 years, Kylie has been so much more than a staff member. She has been the rock of Xtreme, the right-hand woman, the voice of reason (most of the time 😂), and the person who has been there through every high, every challenge, every crazy idea and every chapter in between.

She is unbelievably loyal, kind, frigging hilarious and one of those people you know you can always count on.

She’s put up with more zany ideas than we could possibly count… although, to be fair, she’s come up with a few pretty zany ones of her own.

And as Kylie said just last week, “Someone has to boss the boss.”

She certainly does…

We have the perfect working relationship, Kylie spends the money and Sharon just makes the payments.

But behind all the jokes is something pretty special. A friendship, partnership and level of trust that has been built over an entire decade.

Kylie has watched Xtreme grow from one little store into what it is today, and she hasn’t just been there to witness it, she has helped build it.

Ten years of showing up.
Ten years of loyalty.
Ten years of laughs.
Ten years of hard work.
And probably 10 years of wondering what crazy idea is coming next…

There are some people who simply become part of the fabric of a business, and Kylie is one of them. Xtreme genuinely wouldn’t be Xtreme without her.

After 10 years together, there really aren’t enough words to sum up what Kylie means to Xtreme. There’s just an enormous amount of appreciation, love and, above all, respect for the hell of a woman she is.

Happy 10 years, Kylie.

Thank you for everything you’ve given to Xtreme, for always having our backs, for keeping us laughing, for keeping the boss in line and for being the rock that you are.

And because she has absolutely no idea we’re posting this… 😂🤫

She means more to Xtreme than we could ever put into words, so help us surprise her by filling the comments with all the love she deserves and wishing our Kylie a very happy 10 years with Xtreme! 💙💛

How do you fit 10 years into one post? Truthfully… you can’t. 🥹

There have been thousands of moments in between these photos the big wins, the crazy ideas, the new stores, the late nights, the laughs, the challenges, the incredible staff who have come through our doors and the community that has backed us every step of the way.

From opening the doors to Xtreme Edge in 2016, to expanding to three stores, launching our own apparel, supporting countless local clubs and organisations, celebrating some pretty special awards and meeting so many incredible people along the way… what a bloody ride it’s been.

These are just 9 memories from the last 10 years.

We haven’t made it yet. 🥹

There are still memories to make, milestones to celebrate, people to meet, laughs to have and plenty more chapters of Xtreme yet to be written.

You’ve helped turn one little store into something so much bigger than we ever imagined.
