A Yin & Sound Session for Cancer Care

A gentle, nurturing space for anyone affected by cancer ~ whether you are living with cancer, undergoing treatment, recovering, or supporting someone you love.

Join us for a slow Yin-style yoga practice combining gentle movement, breath and soothing sound to invite a little more calm, stillness and connection.

This session is designed to offer support for the body, mind and spirit, with plenty of space to rest, soften and simply be. No yoga experience is needed, and every movement can be adapted to meet you exactly where you are.

Saturday 8th August, we're gathering for an evening of crystal singing bowls, guided meditation, and gentle energetic release ~ a space to slow down, let go of what no longer serves you, and come home to yourself. No experience needed. Just come as you are.

Some of you may have already crossed paths with this one, and we couldn’t be more excited to officially introduce her to the Ora family!
Feryel found her way to yoga through the most beautiful things ~ incredible people and incredible places. She teaches the way she lives: true. No fluff, no filters, just real movement and real connection. She believes that self-love isn’t just a practice ~ it’s the foundation of everything, and that energy radiates through every class she holds.

We are SO happy to have her as part of the Ora tribe and we just know you are going to love her.

You can currently practice with Feryel in our 9am Hatha classes every Wednesday and Thursday.

Nat brings a gentle, intuitive presence to Ora. Her classes are slow, deeply embodied, and guided with the intention of helping you soften, slow down and reconnect with yourself. She has a beautiful way of making people feel safe, seen and supported, and we're so grateful to have her holding space within our community.
