As skaters, we spend years working on technique, control and physical balance. Yet some of our biggest challenges happen away from the skills themselves: self doubt, frustration, comparison, fear and the pressure to progress faster than we're ready for.
Balance Seekers Camp is a 4 hour experience designed to explore the inner side of skating through breathwork, intention setting, Roller Yoga, mindfulness and practical tools that support us both on and off skates.
If you've ever felt stuck, overwhelmed or disconnected from yourself or your skating journey, this experience might be exactly what you need.
