With the new season fast approaching, the EGCA are currently looking for Umpires in both A & B grade.
Umpiring is an important part of our great game and I'd encourage anyone interested to put their hand up.
The EGCA is hopeful of running a free Umpires Course this season to assist.
There are great cash incentives available and games generally go for 3 to 6 hours on Saturdays starting October 17.
For anyone interested, please contact me on 0400160006.

The Great Boulder Cricket Club is saddened to learn of the passing of former player Ken Senior, a valued member of our club’s foundation era.
Born in 1944, Ken was part of the club during its formative years and proudly served as junior captain of the Gee Bees in 1959. He went on to play 41 A Grade matches for Great Boulder.
A talented medium-pace swing bowler, Ken was best known for his ability to move the ball and claimed a memorable five-wicket haul at senior level under captain-coach Ray Stockmin during the early 1960s.
Our thoughts and condolences are with Ken’s family, friends, and former teammates at this sad time.

A special piece of Great Boulder Cricket Club history returns home!
Our first ever Life Member badge awarded to Vin Zani (1955), will now be proudly displayed at the GBCC clubrooms forever.
A huge thank you to Wendy Zani for generously gifting this back to the club and helping preserve an important part of our history for future generations.
