Last night I had the absolute pleasure of getting together with a wonderful group of ladies for a Mix It Forward event, and what a night it was! 💚

Mix It Forward is a community initiative that allows us to give back to local organisations that make a difference in our community.

There was plenty of cooking, teamwork, laughter and, of course, some delicious food! 👩‍🍳😋

But the best part? Being able to gift a refurbished Thermomix TM6 to Goldfields Children’s Charity. 💚

Knowing this Thermomix can now be used to help raise funds, support someone in our community, or make a difference to a family who needs it, makes this opportunity so much more meaningful.

I’m so grateful to everyone who came along, got involved and helped make the night such a success. It was so lovely to see everyone getting stuck into the cooking, having a laugh and enjoying what the TM7 can do.

And honestly… what an amazing feeling it is to be able to gift a Thermomix and give back to our local community.

I’ve been a little MIA over the last week! 🙈

The dreaded lurgy hit me for six, so I’ve been taking it easy and trying to get back to feeling normal again, well as normal as possible 🤣

Sunday night dinner was Thai Pumpkin Soup with quiche… or egg & bacon pie, depending on what you call it!

I even did a demo last night with some lovely ladies and can’t wait to get them cooking with their Thermomix!

🐷 PULLED PORK PERFECTION! 🤤

Low, slow & SO worth the wait! 🙌

Pulled pork cooked in my Thermomix on Slow Cook — 98°C for 6 hours and it came out melt-in-your-mouth tender! 😍

The best part? The Thermomix did all the hard work while I got on with my day. 👌

Shredded, saucy and ready to pile onto a bun… YES PLEASE!

What would normally take me ages was done in around half the time, with less mess and hardly any effort! 🤩

I absolutely love how all my Thermomix gadgets work together to make preserving fresh produce so quick and easy. There’s nothing better than stocking the pantry with homemade goodness. ❤️
