🎯KALGOORLIE DARTS 🎯

What a weekend it was at the west coast classic in Perth.

8 players from kalgoorlie made the trip down to represent what kalgoorlie darts is all about.
The improvement over this past year has been huge in kalgoorlie darts ( men and women) and I hope that Goldfields Dart Events - Non profitable". Has had something to do with it.

The lads named above made a huge effort and left a foot print.

Terence Morton started the weekend of by reaching it to another youth final but was just beaten over the line by another brilliant young player Ricky Pickett. Final score was 4-3

On the singles tournament that started on the Sunday, 7 out of the 8 players made it of their board to reach the finals.

The biggest achievement was Kevin Thomas and Trent Cooper making it to the A grade final going head to head. You couldn't write a better story, team mates for years playing side by side out of kalax, ex service club and family members making to the final against some of WA's finest.

Kevin stream trained ahead and kept the lead winning 5 - 0

Kevin Thomas has had a terrific year so far,
Winning the KMDA League with his team, making it to the finals at the kalgoorlie sports power Champions league, winning the Amct premiership and making it to the final stages at the ADC tournament last month in Perth.

As a Event organiser I can only hope that the events we have created has helped towards these achievements and I really believe that within the next 3 years players will be competing at the highest level in Australia.
