It doesn’t matter if you jump a centimetre or 3 meters. Just progress your skills. Bit by bit gain confidence.

New name, new focus.
“Bike Fixer” has gone. And I welcome “Dirt Skills Group”. The name shows what’s on offer: off road, skills coaching, in a collaborative setting to offer far more than one coach alone.
Professional and experienced coach (Murray Dickson)
Regular training rides
Excluaive group chat (strictly bike skills related)
Events support and preparation
Message me if you have questions or want to join. There will be a fee structure soon. Just ironing out details.

Back to normality after an extraordinary weekend of mountain bike skills coaching at the women’s Trail Bliss MTB Festival.
I had a blast passing on some of my knowledge on pumping, jumping and corners.

🍻thanks for nearly 7 years of great times, fixing bikes, racing, personal development, life changes and game-changers.
It’s been a blast! See you at the next race or bunch ride.
For those who haven’t heard. I’m moving to my local: as mechanic, bike skills coach and all round nice guy 😎

Racing is fun!
Off the brakes, ready to push tyres hard into a corner, lunch out and pedal hard again.

Had a great ride at the Kalamunda 50
Personally I am disappointed with my effort. But stoked to be out for a great ride.

Specialized Epic Evo Pro tested! have put together a super fun bike, fast but capable or descending and jumping terrain other XC rigs don’t.
Standard metric rear shock and Fox fork are awesome to ride. Easy to maintain and tune in-house at Wembley Cycles.
For me I’d still be tempted to ride the plan “Epic” with the brain shock for racing. And a bigger bike for big hits.
But if you need one bike for everything, on the xc side of the spectrum, this is it!
