✔ HICAPS processing & payment support
✔ Helping patients feel welcome & supported
✔ Light admin tasks to keep the clinic running smoothly

About you:
✨ Great computer skills — email, client systems & HICAPS
✨ Friendly, organised, and confident with people
✨ Comfortable multitasking in a busy clinic
✨ Experience in admin or reception (bonus!)

With two legendary clients and fellow runners over the weekend at Mundy Regional Park .Dan and Shoba. I’ve managed their aches and pains with great stability clinical pilates programmes. They are running this weekend (and probably running around San Francisco today). Totally inspiring for me as I return from a nasty lumbar spine - right hip injury. The joy of running is in the opportunity to reconnect with nature , friends and my body

It was wonderful meeting up with my colleague Elena Von Rosenberg today, who has developed an incredible new medical device called Pocket Physio. I’m really excited to be the first clinic to partner up with Elena to use this device and share the wonderful benefits of it with my patients.
