A very special Empire shoutout to our owners, Aaron and Monique who took on their first Hyrox doubles together this weekend!

The whole Empire community could not be prouder of you both. To see you step out onto that start line and take on something you’ve both worked so hard for is pretty special, but for Monique this achievement means even more.

Just 12 months ago, Monique was recovering from back surgery. To go from simply working towards being able to walk again, to now training, running and completing a Hyrox is nothing short of incredible and it has been so inspiring to watch.

Together you guys represent so much of what Empire is about: community, hard work, showing up and continuing to push beyond what you thought was possible. So many people in our community look up to you both and we’re incredibly lucky to have a space where we can train, challenge ourselves, celebrate the wins and share moments like this together 🩵

A huge congratulations to all our Empire Members who competed in Hyrox Perth over the weekend. It was great to see you all racing and smashing your goals. We are so proud of you all! A special shoutout to the following members for podium places in their races:
