We asked Terri a few questions about herself, her journey, and what it’s been like teaching at Coreplus Ivanhoe after reaching the amazing milestone of 1,000 classes.

🔹 What’s your favourite class to teach and why?
Hot Strength 🔥 I love the energy in the room.

🔹What do you love most about the Ivanhoe community?
The people 💛 It’s such a supportive, welcoming community where everyone genuinely cheers each other on, no matter where they’re at in their fitness journey.

🔹Coffee before or after class?
Definitely before… and sometimes after too! ☕😂

🔹Hot Mat or Reformer?
Reformer (don’t make me choose! 😂), but I honestly love both for totally different reasons.

🔹What’s one piece of advice you’d give someone coming to their very first CorePlus class?
Don’t worry about keeping up with anyone else. Move at your own pace, listen to your body, and remember, everyone was new once.

🔹What’s the biggest lesson you’ve learnt from teaching over 1,000 classes?
Consistency beats perfection every time. People won’t remember a “perfect” class, they’ll remember how they felt. Creating a welcoming, supportive space matters just as much as the workout itself 🤍
