📣 When is the best time to secure your new Play On! Sports Voucher?

Applications for Play On! Sports Vouchers will open on 27 July, with up to $200 available to help Queensland kids aged from 5-17 participate in sport.

There will be two opportunities to apply this financial year.

If you’re planning ahead for summer sport, it’s best to apply this round. If your focus is on winter sports like netball or football, you may prefer to wait for the round later this financial year.

What a beautiful morning we shared today at our very first Cancer Council Biggest Morning Tea 💛☕

We were truly overwhelmed by the support shown by our extended Ipswich Vigoro family. Thank you to everyone who attended, baked delicious goodies, donated prizes, purchased raffle tickets, or supported our fundraising through our fruit & veg boxes and cookie packs — every single contribution helped make a difference for a cause that has touched far too many of our lives. Thank you also to our very generous event sponsors - Chris Doyle Plumbing & The Ipswich Florist!

Together, we are incredibly proud to say we raised a total of $1637.70 for the Cancer Council 💛

More than the fundraising total though, today was about community, kindness and coming together to support one another — something our association has always done so well.

As one very wise member said today:

“Today was another very proud day to be part of the Ipswich Vigoro community — our association has always been and continues to be so much more than a game.”

Ipswich Vigoro is proud to host a Biggest Morning Tea in support of the Cancer Council Australia—an initiative that is incredibly close to our hearts.

As a female-focused sporting community, many of our players, families, and friends have been personally impacted by cancer, particularly those affecting women. This event is our way of coming together during the off-season to support one another, share stories, and raise vital funds for a cause that touches so many lives.

Join us for a morning of connection, community, and generosity. Enjoy delicious treats, great company, and a chance to dress up and take a well-earned break—while making a meaningful difference.

All funds raised will go directly to the Cancer Council to support cancer research, prevention programs, and support services for Australians affected by cancer.
