Inverloch parkrun is a FREE weekly timed 5km event for runners of all ages and abilities, which takes place every Saturday at 8am in Inverloch, VIC, Australia. Inverloch parkrun is FREE and open to people of all standards and ages, both as volunteers and as runners / walkers. We encourage people of every ability to take part, from those taking their first steps in running to Olympians, from juniors 5 years or older to those with decades of experience. All runners receive encouragement and enjoy being part of a community event open to all standards. Equally, our volunteer teams come from a huge variety of backgrounds and we urge everybody to get involved in organising their local events at least 3 times per year.

What a fabulous sunny morning we had for our 12th Birthday! Thanks so much to our volunteers and everyone who joined us today. Some small issues with results today, so if you didn't quite get the time you thought you did, we'd love to see you back next week to go again. Results are now processed and photos on there way. Enjoy your weekend everyone.

🎈 🎉 Twelve years old and still going strong. That's over a decade of PBs, milestones, parkwalks, pram pushes, enthusiastic volunteers, occasionally questioning our life choices between kilometres 3 and 4 and people checking Strava before they've even had breakfast.

Please join us tomorrow as we celebrate 12 years of community, fitness, and pretending that getting overtaken by someone pushing a pram doesn't hurt.

Apparently cake calories don't count when you've already completed 5km. I'm pretty sure that's in the parkrun rulebook. 🍰😉
Hopefully see you tomorrow 7:50am briefing for 8am start!

Thanks to our awesome vollies and 75 brave participants who risked the weather gods this morning. Your bravery was rewarded with a dry parkrun 🙌🏻

Results are now up and photos will follow.

Next week is our 12th birthday 🎂
