❤️🤩🙏

The depths of yoga are to be found inside, not outside.

In a world that celebrates speed, productivity, and constant stimulation, Restorative Yoga offers something radically different: permission to pause.

When we lie down and support the body completely, the nervous system begins to soften. The breath slows. The mind becomes quieter. We remember that rest is not a luxury, it is part of our natural rhythm.

Restorative Yoga is not about doing more. It is about learning to be present for this moment, exactly as it is.

Come study with me in person this summer: Relax & Renew Restorative Yoga Training in San Francisco. Comment “SF” for the link to read more.

Ohh would love to be still teaching at 102... with the beautiful students I have now.. 🤪🙏

At 102, yoga instructor Charlotte Chopin is still teaching three classes a week—proving that simple, consistent movement beats flashy fitness trends.
Her longevity secret isn't about optimization but about four things: enjoying what you do, maintaining close relationships, cultivating gratitude, and showing up regularly.
The takeaway applies at any age: devotion beats duration.
