We’re giving you MORE time to play on Mondays by extending our Monday night sessions to 2 full hours of fun! 🥳
To make way for this update, this Friday will be our VERY LAST Friday night session before our new schedule kicks in. Come drop in for one last Friday night session with us!
🗓 New Schedule starting 10th August 2026
Mondays: 7:30 PM – 9:30 PM (New 2-hour session!)
Wednesdays: 7:30 PM – 9:00 PM
Whether you’re brushing up on old skills, learning new ones, or just hanging out, our fully equipped gym and qualified coaches are ready for you.
🎟 Passes ($15 single / $135 for 10) must be bought online before you arrive via our app or customer portal. Don’t forget to fill out your waiver in your account!

What a weekend for our Level 1-4 gymnasts 🤸‍♀️
We had a clean sweep for all teams Level 1, 2, 3 and 4 all came 1st overall as teams with plenty of individual placings as well. What a great start to the competition season. Congratulations girls!! 🥇

Huge congratulations to our Head Coach Dom and her family on the arrival of baby Boston! 🍼👶✨

​The newest (and definitely smallest) member of our gym family has officially arrived, and we couldn’t be more excited for Dom!

​Both baby and family are doing wonderful, and we’re all sending so much love and huge hugs as they settle into this exciting new chapter.
