Female athletes who train their upper body with the same seriousness they train everything else show up differently.

Not just physically. Mentally. There is a confidence that comes from knowing your body can handle what the game is about to ask of it. From not hesitating in the contest because the strength is there. From backing yourself in the physical moments because preparation already told you the answer before the game even started.

Upper body strength for a female athlete is not about how it looks. It is about what it produces when the competition gets real.

This is what training like an athlete actually means.

If your athlete is ready to build that confidence the link is below.

What gets sold: rest is the most important thing after a long season.

What we actually see: the athletes who rest completely for six to eight weeks after the season and then scramble in the final two weeks before pre season wondering why their body feels like it does not belong to them anymore.

Rest has a place. Six to eight weeks of it does not.

The athletes who arrive at pre season ready did not rest their way there.

If your athlete is coming back from injury and the main sign they are ready is that it no longer hurts, please read this.

Pain leaving only means the tissue has calmed down. It does not mean the injured side can match the other one under load, handle real volume, or absorb the sprinting, cutting, and landing that sport demands. Those have to be tested, not assumed.

Going back on no pain alone is how the same injury comes straight back, often worse.

Swipe through for what actually separates pain free from ready, and comment REHAB for our return to performance checklist.

Georgia came to us as an intern.

She is leaving that role as a fully fledged strength and conditioning coach and we could not be more proud of the growth we have watched in her along the way.

She plays soccer herself. She understands firsthand what physical preparation does for performance on the field and she brings that lived experience into every session she delivers. The athletes who get to be coached by Georgia are getting someone who has sat in the same chair they are sitting in and knows exactly what good coaching feels like from the receiving end.

That is not something you find everywhere.

Welcome to the team properly Georgia. This place is better for having you in it.

Your child's season just ended, and the next eight weeks matter more than most parents realise.

Most families either stop completely and lose everything the season built, or jump straight into the next sport with no reset. Both are common, and both leave development on the table.

For a young athlete, the off season is the biggest window of the year to build strength, coordination, and movement quality without the pressure of a game every weekend. A short rest first, then real development, done in a way that stays fun.

Swipe through for how to use it, and comment BLUEPRINT for our youth off season plan.

If the athlete you are right now walked into a room with the athlete you planned to be by this point in the year, would you be able to look them in the eye?

Angelo walked into this building not knowing what he was doing in the gym.

Most footballers in Melbourne's West are in the same position. Training hard. Trying different things. Hoping the effort eventually produces the result. But without a real plan behind the effort the ceiling never moves the way the work deserves.

A plan built around football and around his body changed everything for Angelo. The results showed up quickly. Better movement on the ball. More confidence in his body. A footballer who finally felt like what he was doing in the gym was translating directly to his game.

That is what a real plan does.

If your footballer is training without one comment NEXT below and we will reach out directly.

Most athletes train strength or power. Very few train both together deliberately all year round.

That gap is exactly what keeps the next level feeling just out of reach.

The pistol squat to a box builds the foundation. The hurdle jumps to box jump expresses everything that foundation can produce. Together they develop the complete athletic quality that performing at the next level actually demands.

The athletes who get this right do not just improve. They arrive at a level that training only one half of this equation never could have taken them to.

This is the method. This is the answer.

The highlight does not exist without this.

Every elite athlete your child admires was first an athlete nobody was watching prepare. The rehab that rebuilt what the season broke. The performance work that added what the sport was going to demand. The sessions that happened in private long before the result arrived in public.

This is that work. It does not look impressive from the outside. But it is the only thing that produces what does.

"The off season does not matter until pre season starts."

Pre season does not build athletes. It selects them.

The athletes who walk into pre season already stronger, faster, and more durable than they were last year are the ones who used the weeks before it to become that.

Pre season reveals what the off season built. If you are waiting for pre season to start before you take it seriously, you have already missed the point.
