Female athletes who train their upper body with the same seriousness they train everything else show up differently.
Not just physically. Mentally. There is a confidence that comes from knowing your body can handle what the game is about to ask of it. From not hesitating in the contest because the strength is there. From backing yourself in the physical moments because preparation already told you the answer before the game even started.
Upper body strength for a female athlete is not about how it looks. It is about what it produces when the competition gets real.
This is what training like an athlete actually means.
If your athlete is ready to build that confidence the link is below.

What gets sold: rest is the most important thing after a long season.
What we actually see: the athletes who rest completely for six to eight weeks after the season and then scramble in the final two weeks before pre season wondering why their body feels like it does not belong to them anymore.
Rest has a place. Six to eight weeks of it does not.
The athletes who arrive at pre season ready did not rest their way there.

If your athlete is coming back from injury and the main sign they are ready is that it no longer hurts, please read this.
Pain leaving only means the tissue has calmed down. It does not mean the injured side can match the other one under load, handle real volume, or absorb the sprinting, cutting, and landing that sport demands. Those have to be tested, not assumed.
Going back on no pain alone is how the same injury comes straight back, often worse.

Georgia came to us as an intern.
She is leaving that role as a fully fledged strength and conditioning coach and we could not be more proud of the growth we have watched in her along the way.
She plays soccer herself. She understands firsthand what physical preparation does for performance on the field and she brings that lived experience into every session she delivers. The athletes who get to be coached by Georgia are getting someone who has sat in the same chair they are sitting in and knows exactly what good coaching feels like from the receiving end.
That is not something you find everywhere.
Welcome to the team properly Georgia. This place is better for having you in it.

Your child's season just ended, and the next eight weeks matter more than most parents realise.
Most families either stop completely and lose everything the season built, or jump straight into the next sport with no reset. Both are common, and both leave development on the table.
For a young athlete, the off season is the biggest window of the year to build strength, coordination, and movement quality without the pressure of a game every weekend. A short rest first, then real development, done in a way that stays fun.
Swipe through for how to use it, and comment BLUEPRINT for our youth off season plan.

If the athlete you are right now walked into a room with the athlete you planned to be by this point in the year, would you be able to look them in the eye?

"The off season does not matter until pre season starts."
Pre season does not build athletes. It selects them.
The athletes who walk into pre season already stronger, faster, and more durable than they were last year are the ones who used the weeks before it to become that.
Pre season reveals what the off season built. If you are waiting for pre season to start before you take it seriously, you have already missed the point.
