Day one for Claire Danny was not an easy one ... 400m Free up first with a huge 11 second PB, straight into a 200IM with a PB, AND A FINAL!!!, and finishing off with a 100m Breaststroke with another whopping PB!

What an EPIC swim! Leo has been putting in the hard yards at training, pushing through those hard session, and it's really paying off!
