Sourcing Ceremonial Cacao 🔆
I hope this offers some starting points regarding sourcing ceremonial grade cacao as they’re not all made with integrity, respect to the plant medicine and support of the growers.
Ceremonial cacao has become quite a bit of a trend in recent years, and it’s important to stay on the pulse of integrity-based practices around cacao the more people hop on the band wagon.

I’m not immune to this way of thinking.
—
☀️ That January is the time to make New Year’s resolutions/intentions.
☀️ That the Gregorian 12 month calendar is the original way to document time, or maybe the “right” way (used to be 13 months).
☀️ That it’s totally normal to “start” a new year in the middle of winter or middle of summer.
And so on…
——
This is what I grew up with. It’s the way most of my family and friends see and measure time in the year.
I go along with it because it feels safer to be seen as fitting in than offering a different perspective.
It also happens to be safer to be sharing it on this account knowing most people who follow me are open-minded enough to consider this a possibility.
——
Basically, what I’m inviting here is: if you don’t feel January 1st to be the “start” of the new year for you, that’s actually absolutely natural, even if it’s uncommon.
Take a deep breath.
You’re doing great.
Allow your natural internal rhythms to inform you.

Starting a Menstrual Cycle Coaching business can be overwhelming.
Navigating life with painful periods can be hard. Now combine those two together, and it makes for an interesting life.
Especially since navigating both really stirs up all sorts of beliefs and thoughts I have about myself and the world and DEEPLY invites me to reflect on the reasons behind my life choices 😅
Self-care feels even more essential in 2026 for me, as my life is increasingly becoming fuller with initiations, responsibilities, tasks, commitments and so on.
I feel I’ve really stepped into the “Mother” phase of my life (energetically speaking), and it’s reaaaally stretching me — and I don’t even have a real human baby to take care of 😂 Shoutout to all the mama’s out there!
All of this inspired me to choose ‘Nourish’ and ‘Rest’ as my words for 2026.
I’ve created a podcast episode sharing more details as to why I chose these words. I’ll be uploading today, so stay tuned on the:
🎙️ Wyld and Sacred podcast
Hint: it’s linked to exploring how to better support myself navigating my own journey with healing menstrual pain.

I’m going back to static posts for a while.
I’ve been reflecting a lot about social media spaces, and how much it’s changed the past 10 years. In ways I’m unsure I want to continue contributing towards, while also feeling all the pressure as a slow start up business in a field that is already quite “niche”.
I feel I don’t need to write a long caption to share what I mean. You know what these spaces can be like. Many of us do, yet we somehow manage to ignore it or almost gaslight ourselves into believing there’s something here good for us.
Maybe there is and I’m yet to see it.
Yet I’ve been on social media for 13 years and I’ve only managed to get more addicted, confused and frustrated.
I crave spaces where we connect and REALLY see each other on levels beyond self-image, performance, stats and numbers, trends, catchy hooks and audios, filters and so on (yes, that’s ironic isn’t it, that this photo has a filter?).
If you’re still here reading this, thank you. It’s odd and concerning and sad that a lot of people these days won’t even take time to read captions anymore, preferring a 5 second clip instead. So I appreciate you being here, for taking this time out of your day.
I wish you a beautiful and deeply fruitful and wonderful day ❤️
