Humidity quietly destroys racket grips.

If your bag sits in a damp area: a garage, car boot, or outdoor locker, moisture gets in and breaks down the grip material faster than normal wear ever would.

Store your bag indoors when you can, and check your grip regularly. 👌

Here's the golden rule of restringing: the truth is there is no golden rule.

Casual Player? Simply look at your racket, if you can no longer see the logo on the strings, then have a chat with Stew at Stringlab for guidance.

For more seasoned player? You probably already have a handle on restringing.

Your strings lose tension long before they break. Fresh strings = better feel, more control, and fewer mish*ts.

We look forward to hosting you then.

Your racket cover isn't just for carrying, it's protection.

Accidental knocks, scratches, and bumps can cause tiny fractures in the frame that weaken it over time. Always pop your racket back in its cover or bag when you're not on court.

A small habit that makes a big difference.

🎾 No partner? No problem.
You don't need someone on the other side of the net to have a great session.
Here are 5 ways to improve your tennis, solo:

1️⃣ Wall Training: The wall never misses. Work on your consistency, timing, and ball control by rallying against the wall. It's one of the most underrated drills in tennis.

2️⃣ Ball Machine: Let the machine do the feeding while you focus entirely on your technique. Perfect for grooving your groundstrokes and building muscle memory. $10 per hour for ball machine use.

3️⃣ Footwork Drills: Great tennis starts with great feet. Use cones, ladders, or court lines to work on your split step, lateral movement, and court coverage.

4️⃣ Serve Training: Your serve is the one shot you have complete control over. Use a basket of balls to work on your toss, action, and placement without any pressure.

5️⃣ Self Feeds: Drop-feed or toss balls to yourself to practice specific shots; volleys, groundstrokes, approach shots. Simple, effective, and easy to do anywhere on the court.

Solo sessions are a great way to build the fundamentals that make a real difference when you're back on court with others. 💪
