We stayed for the chaos, the curry, and the comedy — especially those cheeky comparisons between our women’s team (yes, the three-time champs 👑) and the men’s crew.
No pressure. Just joy.

Still smiling from the sidelines of a night that had it all.
The venue? Small.
The heart? Massive.

Our MC was on fire — tossing sledges like a T20 pro. No script. No filter. Just family-friendly roasts and surprise jabs that had everyone ducking and laughing.

Three-Time Champions – Summerleas Eagles Women’s Cricket Team

What began as just an idea turned into something extraordinary.

From a few curious chats to forming a team of players—some who had never picked up a bat but were eager to learn—we’ve built more than just a cricket team. We’ve built friendships, found purpose, and created a space where women from all walks of life feel valued and supported.

We’ve just won our third championship, and the journey has been nothing short of inspiring.

Most of our players are working mums, juggling young kids, careers, and commitments—but they show up. They bring their whole hearts to the game.

With the incredible support of HCCA, we’ve grown. Now, we’re ready for the next step: playing community level cricket with healthy competition, building on our strengths and passion.

We’re looking for new players—experienced or brand new to the game.

If you’re ready to learn, grow, and be part of something special, we’d love to have you. It’s one step at a time—but every step forward counts.
