🔥 17.76KM. 4:48/KM. ONE MORE BIG WEEK. THEN… TAPER.

The countdown to GWU100 is getting VERY real. 🏃‍♂️💥

This is the last week of full training before the volume starts coming down and the focus shifts to recovery, sharpening the legs, and getting ready to suffer for 100km. 😈

No shortcuts. No magic sessions. Just months of work coming together, one run at a time.

👟 Tarkine (takayna) keeping the feet moving
🧦 øat running keeping the socks where they belong
💧 Bix Nutrition Australia keeping the hydration + fuel on point

Now the question is…

Have I done enough? 🤔

There’s only one way to find out.

👉 GWU100, here we come.

Who else is racing, supporting, or following the journey? Drop a 🏃‍♂️ below and let’s get after it!

What a day at the 56km Tower Trail Run 🏔️🔥

First of all, massive congratulations to every runner who stepped up and conquered these hills — whether it was once, twice, three times or even four times… that course demands respect! 👊

The event was incredible, and a huge shoutout to all the volunteers who made it happen. Your energy, support and smiles out there make these races what they are 🙌

For me, this one was a proper reminder that every race tells a story. The preparation didn’t go exactly as planned, and my strength training was almost non-existent… and I definitely paid the price for it out there.

The pace was there. The fuel was on point. But the muscles were not quite ready for the punishment of those hills 😅

A big one to work on now with the help of:
Scott from
Beau from ReMassage Adelaide - Beau Reschke
Ryan from Aevora Health

Massive thank you to the team keeping me moving:
Tarkine (takayna) for making sure the Autopilot kept me flying 🚀
BIX for the fuel that kept me going ⚡
Gaby Villa | Ultra-endurance nutrition for the quality nutrition advice that keeps the engine running 🥑

I may cross the finish line alone, but every result is built by a team behind the scenes.

Thank you to everyone who supports, encourages and helps me keep chasing these adventures 🙏❤️

11 Days in May — DONE ✅

11 days.
220 pull-ups.
Countless sore muscles.
One great cause.

Today marks the final day of the 11 Days in May challenge, and I’m proud to have pushed through every single rep. Some days felt easy, others were a real battle, but knowing it was all for a bigger purpose kept me going.

A huge thank you to everyone who followed along, liked, shared, commented, and donated. Your support helps TIACS continue providing free mental health support to tradies, truckies, farmers, and blue-collar workers across Australia.

Massive respect to for creating this challenge and inspiring so many people to get involved.

If you’d still like to support the fundraiser, the link is in my bio. Every donation makes a difference.

What’s your next challenge? 💪
