Classes are small and designed to offer therapeutic benefits. Suitable for those trying Yoga for the first time. You do not need to be perfect to come - perfection is an illusion. Bring your whole self... all the tired, sore, scared, broken and wobbly bits. We believe you are worth loving so the extra touches are all provided. You just need to book turn up in your favourite active wear ;) We will reserve a mat for you...

I’m so grateful invited me be part of her vision. I’ve been a witness to the passion she holds for this transition and have been on the receiving end when it pours out of her.

Who knew we needed to be surrounded by 🎶🧘🏻‍♀️👑🌸 as we crossed through 🍂❄️🌱 and tomorrow ☀️

I’m so grateful to be part of something small and safe with so much heart. To have been held by LOVE through the past year - the timing perfect 🐍 🙋🏻‍♀️
