Attention: all zombies and vampires! Annual gathering at the Wesley Church Hall in the city on 30th October. Let's do some exercises and stretches to flex those bones and jaws on the night in your best attire.

Time for something different guys! Come and join the fun for Zumba with a ghoulish twist. There will be prizes for the best dressed so come in your BEST Halloween attire - there will also be prizes for the best 'Thriller' moves. Thats right, Michael Jackson's 'Thriller' will make an appearance so bring your best moves and come and 'Freak It Up' with me! Its going to be out of this world :)

Excellent job on stage David, Penny, and Megan at our last night's Zumba class! In case you don't know, Win welcomes all to join her on stage during class time :)
And your Zumba spirits rock! I was so touched when seeing a few still coming to class even with injured elbow and ankle (outside my class). Get well soon!
