Rudd & Sons design and make handcrafted Cricket Bats Rudd & Sons are proud to carry on the tradition of handcrafting cricket bats.

The art of bat making has been slowly dying out and we are looking to revive it and provide the wider community with an appreciation of the skills involved. Bat maker Adam Rudd has been trained by renowned master bat maker Ian Callen. Rudd & Sons use Willow Blue timber grown in Healesville, Victoria. The Willow Blue timber has great rebound qualities and is renowned for each clefts unique features.
