We're excited to announce the introduction of our new Doio Gloves into our regular training. These gloves have been specifically selected to enhance your training and improve safety across key areas: bag work, partner drills, and bunkai application.
We strongly recommend that all students acquire these gloves as they will be consistently integrated into class training moving forward, ensuring you get the most out of every session

Here is the Easter Weekend poster, if your not heading away I recommend attending 1, 2 or more classes for no extra fees as its already covered by your training fees:
⬜️🟨 White and Yellow belts, kids - self defence on Sat 12pm and Karate 101 on Mon 10am.
• White and Yellow belts, adults - self defence on Sat 1.30pm and Karate 101 on Mon 10am.
🟧🟩 Orange and Green belts, kids - grading workshop at 10am and self defence on Sat 12pm
• Orange and Green belts, adults - grading workshop at 10am and self defence on Sat 1.30pm
🟦🟥 Blue and Red Belts, kids - grading workshop at 12pm and self defence on Sat 12pm
• Blue and Red Belts, adults - grading workshop at 12pm and self defence on Sat 1.30pm
🟫 Brown Belts, kids - grading workshop at 2pm and self defence on Sat 12pm
