Hi everyone,
Hope you are all well and getting excited to beginning of season. Below is a brief rundown of the next few weeks training.
Official games will begin the first weekend of October, so it is important that everyone does their best to attend some of the following sessions to help us assign players to teams.
We are also changing our Junior playing top this season, so it is important for new and returning players to get the right fit as well as place orders for the new playing tops and reserve numbers on the tops (choose at least 5 numbers you'd like in case your first choices are unavailable). This can be done at the following sessions, or you can order them direct from our Team App Shop and then email our treasurer with the receipt and choice of numbers to [email protected]
Tuesday 11th August - Testing sessions from 5:30pm to 7:00pm on Diamond 1 @ the fields
Saturday 15th August - Testing for those who can't make Tuesday night as well as age/skill level training sessions from 1:30pm to 3:30pm on Diamond 1 @ the fields.
Tuesday 18th August - Team selection process begins with players training at appropriate age / skill level groups to determine which teams they will be suited for. From 5:30pm to 7:00pm on Diamond 1.
We shall let everyone know what team they are in by Saturday 22nd as well as which night they will be attending their first team training session.
If you know anyone who is interested but has not yet signed on, then please invite them to one of these sessions as it is not too late to be involved in this great game.
