A lifetime in the fight game, but a new chapter begins. From the ring to the cage — making my MMA debut on Eternal MMA and ready to show another side of me. Same hunger. Same mentality. New battlefield. 🇼🇸⚔️🎯
Kids No-Gi class 🤼♂️
Our classes follow a simple structure: we start with a warm-up, introduce the techniques for the day, then put those techniques into action through specific drills and games.
We always finish with a fun activity that keeps the kids engaged, followed by a short cooldown.
The goal is not only to learn Jiu-Jitsu, but to build coordination, confidence, teamwork and discipline while having fun on the mats.
