Meet our new Pilates instructor Emily!

As of next week Emily will be taking Mat Pilates on Mondays at 10:30am, Thursdays at 9:20am and Saturdays at 10:30am. We are so excited and lucky to have her join our Star Fitness community.

Here's a little message from Em:

Hi, I’m Emily and I’m a passionate Pilates instructor, running Mat Pilates classes at Star Fitness. I’ve got a background in dance and found Pilates was a great way to strengthen my body, prevent injuries, and build fitness. This led me into a career as an instructor so that I can pass on my knowledge and watch clients grow in strength, mobility and balance. I love giving a full body workout and will make sure you feel the burn in the best way possible, while having fun! 🧘🏼‍♀️⭐️

Hi I'm Emily, a Pilates instructor from Bayside, Melbourne.
I've used pilates to help strengthen my body and prevent injures during years of doing dance recreationally and competitively.
I have always loved pilates, and after working in a physio clinic seeing how pilates helps so many people, I decided to do my teacher training.
I can't wait to be able to run fun classes that challenge and strengthen your body!! I want everyone to leave wanting more and feeling the burn.
I can't wait to teach the bayside community!!
