Two very special people had birthdays this week 🎈🎂 Just because they’re no longer with us, doesn’t mean we stop celebrating their special days - especially cause we have so much to thank them for.

These two started Visions back in the 80s, paving the way for the special place we all get to enjoy today. Mother and son, building a business from the ground up and focused on creating a second home for people to train, be healthy and feel good.

Happy birthday Wayne and Norma - you’re etched into the soul of this place, and every bit of positive energy it gives people on a daily basis. We miss you dearly ❤️❤️

Don’t worry though - thanks to a few very special volunteers, we’ll still have the front door open for some ‘staffed’ hours throughout the week!

Group training will pause for the week, but otherwise the gym will carry on as normal.

Keep training hard while we’re gone and we promise we’ll miss you 🏝️🏝️
