An original founder of our ESP business (now and .sport), Rob Woodhouse will be stepping away as Head of Talent Management in the UK to take up the role of CEO at Swimming Australia.
Over 27 years, Woody led our team in Australia, and then in London after making the move across in the lead-up to the 2012 Olympics.
An Olympic medallist in the pool with unmatched passion and a wealth of talent management experience in the Olympic and swimming space, there's no one better placed to take up this exciting role back home.
