Sandtray Play Work Facilitator Training

This is a non-therapeutic wellbeing program for storymaking!

Sandtray Hubs a space for professional therapists for peer supervision. 2 hrs of registered supervision hours. At Opengate Institute we run monthly free group supervision.

A busy time at Opengate Institute this month with training, sandtray hubs and students dropping in!
Transpersonal experiences had by our intensive student cohort!

Do you have experience working with Indigenous people? Opengate Institute will be involved in talks with We Al-li provider of Culturally Informed Trauma Integrated Healing Approaches (CITIHA) for individuals, families, communities and organisations.
Dr Carlie Atkinson and David Ryan want to hear stories of the different ways of using the sand working in these areas. Many of you are experts in the field and I would welcome you to join this meeting to tell your story of how you integrated this method into practice for a socio-cultural model of health which skills and empowers workers for personal and community developmental approaches for individual and group wellbeing.

The meeting will take place on Monday 3rd August at a time to be decided. I will send more details to those interested.

Reminder about our new Sandtray Hubs. First Hub will be a face to face Thursday 7th May at Richmond, NSW 6.30 - 8.30pm. We will send out a zoom link to those interested who would like to join us online for meet and greet.

You need to be a STTAA member to join us for Hub meetings and the links to join are through MHPN who will allocate PD certificates and be our office front. You will need to join MHPN to be invited to these Hubs - https://mhpn.org.au/members/ #/Network/97613
