Well, that's a wrap on another brilliant Mokine Creek Challenge!

We had $5000 in cash and prizes up for grabs this year so a massive THANK YOU goes out to our sponsors and supporters who dig deep year after year to help make this event what it is. Whether it was cash, prizes, gear, dinners, drinks or those little extras that make the weekend special, we simply couldn't do it without you.

A huge shout-out also goes to the Hastings Sporting Clays crew and the visitors that bogged in to help out. The people behind the scenes are the ones who make the magic happen. Setting courses, mowing, cooking, scoring, registration, catering, prize tables, clean-up and everything in between. As competitors we tend to only see the finished product, but the volunteers know just how much work goes into pulling off a weekend like this.

And to all our competitors... thank you for travelling from near and far, camping out, having a crack, sharing a laugh around the fire, and making the Mokine Creek Challenge one of the best weekends on the sporting calendar. The camaraderie, sportsmanship and friendly banter are what this event is all about.

Now, we probably need to talk about Olly Hill...

At this point we're not entirely sure if Olly came to shoot the event or simply collect every trophy that wasn't nailed down. 😂
Congratulations mate on a phenomenal weekend. It felt like every time a prize was announced, Olly's name was getting called. If there was a category, a trophy, a buckle, a cash prize or bragging rights up for grabs, chances are Olly found a way to take it home!

12 days to go until the Mokine Challenge at Hastings.... online noms are now open. Link is below: You will nominate for the Sunday 100 target event - then select options to compete on Saturday in the 50 target Handicap and in the Black Jack event. More details on this to come. For the overall you will need to compete in the Black Jack (first 5 pairs count) the Handicap and the Sunday 100 target!

Scores from 50 target off the gun on Saturday and 100 target Sunday will go into live scores for handicap purposes.
