🚗💨 Shoutout to all 47 teams taking on the Queensland Classic this weekend!

It’s shaping up to be a fantastic weekend of old-school rally action, with a brilliant field of classic rally cars ready to hit the stages as part of the Queensland Rally & Championship.

Come along to the Manumbar Campdraft Grounds from 11am and help us wave the crews off as they begin their Queensland Classic adventure! 👋🏁

The event is organised by Brisbane Sporting Car Club, the club behind Rally Queensland, and we’re wishing every competitor, official and volunteer a safe and successful weekend.

🏁 GYMPIE MOTORSPORT FANS – THIS ONE’S FOR YOU! 🏁

Looking for something to do this afternoon? Head down and support our Rally Queensland partner South East Motorsports Inc at their Bumpers and Burgers event!

🚗 Saturday 8 August
📍 Nelson Reserve, Gympie
⏰ From 1pm

The afternoon will bring together motorsport enthusiasts and clubs from across the region, with a cruise, plenty of impressive vehicles on display, a presentation, Tuff Laps by selected nominated vehicles and, of course, burgers on the BBQ. 🍔

A quick look at the afternoon:
🏎️ 1pm – Cruise participants meet at Gympie Showgrounds
🚗 2pm – Cruise heads off
🏁 3–4pm – Vehicles return and park up at Nelson Reserve
🎤 4.30pm – Presentation
💪 5pm – Tuff Laps by selected nominated vehicles
🍔 BBQ and a great afternoon atmosphere

South East Motorsports Inc is working to build support for a multifunctional motorsports complex in the Gympie Region, so come along, check out the cars, grab a burger and show your support for motorsport in Gympie!

☀️ 🌙 The event will consist of 3 stages run twice during the day and once in reverse during the night. Total distance of competitive stages is around 130kms.
🏕️ 🍖 Camping and catering will be available from Friday afternoon by the Campdraft Association and during the weekend at the grounds
