A big congratulations to the Broadmeadows Basketball players selected for the 2026 Under-12 Country Jamboree, including Greenvale players Ryan and Leo! We’re proud to see you both representing Greenvale!

The Jamboree brings together some of Victoria’s most promising young basketballers for four days of basketball, development and fun in Echuca from 19–22 September, as part of the Basketball Victoria pathway.

Our AGM is an opportunity to reflect on the year, hear what’s ahead for the club, and celebrate the people who make Greenvale Basketball Club such a great community.

As part of the evening, we’ll present the President’s Award and the Dina Tomaselli Memorial Award, recognising members who have made an outstanding contribution to our club.

If you know someone who deserves to be recognised, nominations are now open.

We hope to see as many members as possible at the AGM as we celebrate another great year and look ahead to the next.

This weekend is Pink Round, with the raising funds and awareness for Breast Cancer Network Australia.

We encourage all Greenvale Basketball players, families, coaches and supporters to wear a touch of pink across the weekend and help get behind an important cause that impacts so many families in our community.

Whether it’s pink socks, ribbons, shirts or accessories, every bit of support helps spark conversations and show solidarity.

You can make a donation via the link in our bio or at the Broadmeadows Basketball Stadium this weekend. Raffle tickets will also be available with funds raised supporting Breast Cancer Network Australia. There are also some fantastic prizes up for grabs!!

Thank you for the early mornings, all the lifts to training and games, washing uniforms, cheering from the sidelines and supporting our kids every step of the way.

Today, the U19 Greenvale Cubs stood beside Strathmore B198 to remember Charlie Collings.

Charlie, a Strathmore player, sadly passed away this week and will be deeply missed by his teammates, coaches and the wider basketball community.

A minute of silence was observed today, with both teams coming together to show their respect.

Our thoughts are with Charlie’s family, friends and everyone at Strathmore.

Rest in peace, Charlie.

Today, we pause to remember and honour the courage, sacrifice and service of all Australians and New Zealanders who have served our country.

At Greenvale Basketball Club, we reflect on the values of mateship, respect and resilience – values that continue to shape our community both on and off the court.
