Congratulations to Ivy, Will and Coach Troy who last week participated in the Swimming Queensland BrisVegas Form Stroke Camp. Selected amongst 40 athletes from across Queensland, Ivy (Backstroke) and Will (Breaststroke), gained valuable insights into stroke technique, race planning, nutrition, and the habits required to develop into more professional swimmers. It was an outstanding opportunity for both the swimmers and coaches to learn from some of the stateโs leading coaches and specialists.
