Massive congratulations to all our members who made the long trek down the highway to very beautiful Warrnambool in Victoria for the Target Rifle Australia All Range Nationals.

The weather over all 4 days was not really that great. There was rain ☔️ and wind 💨 blowing constantly over all events.

Kylie didn’t come home with a medal, but her scores improved over all 4 shoots.

Rob came home with:
3rd 🥉 Veteran in the All Range (20,50,90 metre comps)
3rd 🥉 Veteran in the 50 metre competition ( 2 x 50 metre shoots)
3rd 🥉 Overall in the 50 metre competition 2 x 50 metre shoots)

Charlie came home with:
1st 🥇 Junior in the 20 metre competition
1st 🥇 Junior in the 90 metre competition
1st 🥇 Junior in the All Range (20,50,90 metre comps)
1st 🥇 Junior Overall in the 50 metre competition (2 x 50 metre shoots)

Rob, Charlie and Kylie were also selected to be the NSW State team representatives. They did fabulous coming in 2nd 🥈

Well done to you all. You have done Goulburn and NSW proud.

What a beautiful day for shooting.

Today was our 2nd competition week for 2026.

It was the first time we have all shot on our brand new Megalink Electronic targets, purchased with the support of the Safer Shooting Grant from the NSW Government and the NSW Office of Sport. - more details to follow.

The scores were fantastic, with 3 people shooting 200. David on the bench with 200.16, Chris with 200.15 and Kylie with 200.14. Well done to everyone adapting to the new targets.

Let’s keep them 200’s coming!!!!

Last week Sunday 19th of April was our first competition week for 2026.

It came 4 months after our last shoot as the range was getting a major upgrade to the targets.

The shoot was conducted on paper targets. A big congratulations to Rob who sit an excellent 200.17.
