16/09/2026
Looking forward to this Saturdays event, the weather should be real nice for it. Remember to complete the entry form from the GAC website, and its our tech day so get on done for it.
Just a reminder for the format of the day if you have not been involved with the changes we have implemented from the start of this 2026/27 season.
Key items that participants will need to be aware of.
• Participants will need to be either a financial GAC Member, or a financial member of the ASBC, the RPBC or an interstate Vintage and Veteran type club.
• An entry form and fee of $50.00 will be required for each Picnic Day
• Boat scrutineering will be required to ensure that each boat complies with the basic safety requirements listed on the sample attached. Some of these items we are happy to see introduced during the course of the season, for example a helmet is mandatory, but the colour can be addressed during the year.
GAC Membership forms, entry forms, boat scrutineering forms and a copy of the drivers briefing are available on the GAC website. https://www.goolwaaquaticclub.com/
Hover on the Speedboats tab on the opening page. Please print off and fill in the ‘Event entry form’ and bring it with you.
