Gin & Limber: A Spirited Twist to Stretching

Join me for a fun and spirited stretch and release group session on the beautiful grounds of Cauldron Distillery , Mount Tamborine Qld. 60 minutes to stretch, flex and breathe together before enjoying a tasting paddle of the Five to Five gins... or something else if you do not enjoy Gin! Stay a little longer enjoy some food and connect with others, bring your bestie, your fam or your tribe. BYO mat, pillows, blocs, blanket...what ever you need to be comfortable.
