This Saturday, we kick off our Yoga & Matcha Club! In partnership with Tallie (owned by member, Ella), the last Saturday of the next 3 months we'll enjoy a 9am Hot Yoga practice together, followed by some yaps and a complimentary matcha. We'd love to see you there!

We are excited to now stock Sodii Everyday Hydration Salts at reception to help you keep hydrated and supported in the hot room. Sodii sachets combine sodium, magnesium and potassium in the correct ratio along with essential trace minerals to form a solid foundation for optimal wellbeing. Multiple flavours are available for purchase at reception for $3.
